 Rick founded JRC Mechanical in 1990 after 15 years in the industry. He oversees JRC Mechanical's Estimating Department.

 Susan Hedges

 Office Manager

 
Susan joined JRC Mechanical as an Administrative Assistant in August 1999. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2006 and handles all Accounts Receivable and Payroll. She has continued her education through the years and is presently pursuing her education in Accounting.

 

 Tristen Covington

 Vice President Construction

Tristen joined JRC Mechanical in May 2006 as an Assistant Project Manager. He has grown into the role of Project Manager. He received his education from Virginia Military Institute and Pfeiffer University and earned an Bachelor Degree in Finance.

Gene joined the JRC team in 1996 as a job foreman. After demonstrating a skill for looking ahead and solving problems before they became problems, he moved into the office as a project engineer.  Responsible for plan review and coordination of field related questions.                                                

  

 Kim  Tonelli                                                                                                                                

 Accounts Payable                               

 

Kim is responsible for Accounts Payable, permits, Miss Utility Updates. She runs the day to day operations in the accounts payable department. She also keeps this web page updated as needed.   

 

 Brett Keller                                                                                                                              

 Vice President of Preconstruction             

 

 Brett is heavily involved in all business activities of the company.  As a director, he specifically manages the quality of all services delivered to the clients of JRC Mechanical throughout the entire duration of the project.  Brett selects, reviews and oversees the mechanical projects.  This continued hands-on approach ensures quality management from conception, to award, to completion; resulting in complete satisfaction of the customer. Brett is a graduate from Wayne State University, Detroit Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.  Prior to joining JRC Mechanical, Brett worked for Johnson Controls and then for Warwick Plumbing & Heating, another leading mechanical in the Hampton Roads/ Tidewater area. Brett has an extensive background in the construction industry and has been involved as a Project Executive in a wide variety of projects which range from commercial, residential, hospital, laboratory, plan-specification, design-assist and design-build.
